We got "Verbal Orders"....

We are super excited to pack up and move to Kingsland, GA this October.  I know it's only verbal orders but I am excited to be back near family and friends.  So after doing lots of house hunting (we were looking on and off since Ryan gave his detailer his choices) and talking with friends about locations and homes, we have decided to try to build a house.  We are waiting on the company to get back to us about where we go from here....of course the company is not open on Thurs & Friday but open on Sat & Sunday.  So we can't wait to get the ball going.

Pine Bluff Community where home will be built.  Can't see much but a friend says it's nice and not too far away.

We think we will be making a quick trip to GA next weekend to pick out the lot we want the home built.  I will keep everyone updated on what we end of doing in the end since we have to make sure that this model with the options are still within our budget.
